By booking with Drumhierny Wellbeing Sanctuary, you agree to the following terms. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a valid payment method and are subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your visit will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of your visit will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking amount, with the remaining balance refunded. No refund will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, and the full booking amount remains payable.
Please inform us of any relevant health conditions or contraindications at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or adapt a treatment where necessary for your safety, at no charge. Drumhierny Wellbeing Sanctuary accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence.
